Pharmashield Dispensary opened its doors on December 2, 1971 with owner Mr. Richard A. Hainsworth. Mr. Hainsworth owned a Pharmacy in Burlington, Brants Pharmacy.

The staff at Pharmashield continue to provide professional and efficient service to their customers. Their knowledge and expertise are number one in the community and the volume of business they do substantiates it.

Today Pharmashield is one of the busiest pharmacies in the Niagara Region providing prescriptions and home care to both Niagara residents and tourists from the U.S. and beyond.
